the staff IS very polite. the scene room city view had a wonderful view. our room was very spacious and cleaning happened everyday. the hotel travels you to Hollywood.
i found that there can be a line at the entrance. this inconvenience occurred because there was always a wait.

I loved the infinity pool! It sits on the 64th floor. The view of the city from there is amazing. the hotel offered a very modern vibe with its facilities. The breakfast selection had great variety and tasted delicious. Fawad, the housekeeper, were great by decorating our bed with rose petals. He crafted the towels into doves for our honeymoon..
The WiFi coverage was shockingly unreliable. It kept cutting out frequently. You have to use multiple separate ones to get around the building. Another issue I had was the lack of free water bottles. It seems like they charge for everything possible.

The pool area was too crowded. It had too few sunbeds. I had to wait for a place. The room had some maintenance issues. The door seal was loose, and the towel holder also wasn't securely attached.
