My room was very clean. The hotel provided a great breakfast each morning. The staff seemed polite and friendly .
The pool lacked a sufficient number of beds for the guests. Towels in my room did not smell fresh.

infinity pool amazing view delicious breakfast unreliable wifi confusing lifts water bottle
I loved the infinity pool! It sits on the 64th floor. The view of the city from there is amazing. the hotel offered a very modern vibe with its facilities. The breakfast selection had great variety and tasted delicious. Fawad, the housekeeper, were really good by decorating our bed with rose petals. He crafted the towels into doves for our honeymoon..
The WiFi coverage was shockingly unreliable. It kept cutting out frequently. I also found the lifts to be a bit confusing. You have to use multiple separate ones to get around the building. Another issue I had was the lack of free water bottles. It seems like they charge for everything possible.

crowded pool area loose door seal
The pool area was too crowded. It had too few sunbeds. I had to wait for a place. The room had some maintenance issues. The door seal was loose, and the towel holder also wasn't securely attached.
